The opening is disarming. Costus root grounds the first spray with an earthy depth while grapefruit lifts it with a clean, almost sparkling brightness. Then Grasse rose arrives, not sweet and obvious, but textured and real. In the heart, orris butter and golden champaca build a creamy, powdery floral warmth that sits beautifully on skin. Violet leaf keeps it from going too soft. The base is where it lingers longest. Gardenia and raspberry leave behind a sweet, velvety trail that stays close and personal for hours.
